In 2019, a steel smelting factory upgraded its high-temperature lighting system by installing 200 units of 300W high-temperature-resistant LED lights.  These lights were designed to operate efficiently in extreme heat conditions, reaching up to 100°C, and to withstand hot steam thanks to their robust IP68 waterproof rating.

Key Details:

● Ceiling Height: 15 meters, requiring high-performance lighting for adequate illumination.

● Previous System: 1000W halogen lamps, which required annual replacements due to the harsh environment.

● Upgraded System: 300W high-temperature-resistant LEDs, providing a durable and energy-efficient solution.
